Our Story
Two shelves, one promise: only bottles we would take home.
Juniper Cask began as a single counter on Main Street with forty whiskeys and a stubborn rule — if none of us would happily drink it, it doesn't go on the shelf. Fifteen years later the shelves hold thousands of bottles, but the rule hasn't changed.
We travel to distilleries, argue with importers over allocations, and taste everything twice. The result is a shop where a $19 weeknight pour gets the same respect as a $479 special-occasion rum.
